From the cold of Canada to the warmth of southern Georgia, wearing a pair of mens Clark shoes is a comfortable experience.
A month ago I had a pair of Clarks on my feet as I attempted to dig my car out of a snowy ditch, which really wasn’t that fun (read here). Today I’m in southern Georgia and enjoying the warmth of the sun and I’m just as comfortable in the same pair of shoes. How many pairs of shoes do you own that are great in both extremely cold and nicely warm weather?
My latest pair are a pair of Clarks Wave Path (show
n here). These shoes are absolutely fantastic. Just slip them on and off you go! Great feel, top quality materials, and ease of putting them on or taking them off make these shoes a joy to buy.
This isn’t the same story for all my Clarks shoes though. I have a pair of Clarks sneakers (same pair as shown at the top of this website) that sadly aren’t made for a Canadian or northern US winter. The souls of the shoes are great for taking walks during the summertime however they are a bit thin for winter and lack the tread to hold up to icy weather.
Clark Wallabees are perfect for great for winter weather and don’t do too bad during the summer (assuming it’s still pants weather). While I enjoy the feel and look (yes, I like the look too), these shoes aren’t the greatest for hot summer days because they look incredibly funny if worn with shorts. It’s in weather like that in which you need to start looking at some sandals.
